operational innovation
Operational Innovation at Fuse is all about finding applied solutions to some of Canada’s most pressing conservation and land management challenges.
Whether it’s summarizing best practices to inform industry land management, working with Indigenous Nations and provincial governments to develop policy solutions, or testing new innovations in the field to advance caribou conservation outcomes, our team at Fuse is ready to take on the most complex challenges.
We start by working with our clients to identify their current goals and their realities related to operational innovation. We then draw on the scientific literature, workshops, expert interviews, and our network of talented colleagues to make applied, relevant, and impactful recommendations. When relevant, we will also lead applied research programs to test and discover new solutions.
Our work has informed approaches to habitat restoration in woodland caribou habitat, wetland reclamation best practices, innovative approaches to forest management, and the use of coarse woody materials in land reclamation.
All this work is in the spirit of advancing innovative solutions to Canada’s most pressing conservation and land management challenges. What can we help you achieve? Let’s talk.
