Amy Desnoyer comes to Fuse with a multifaceted background that blends her passion for science education and literacy outreach. Amy brings together her expertise in both these fields to support her current role as a knowledge exchange coordinator.

Amy's adaptability and understanding of projects stem from her diverse experiences. Prior to her role at Fuse, she helped coordinate a district wide literacy outreach program, addressing critical gaps in her community's literacy landscape. Her time as an educator further fortified her understanding of educational needs and methodologies.

Driven and hardworking, Amy approaches new challenges with unwavering enthusiasm. Her commitment to making a difference extends beyond her professional responsibilities; she generously volunteers her time to various causes, embodying her dedication to community betterment.

Amy's academic journey, culminating in a B.Sc. in Biology and a B.Ed. from the University of Victoria, reflects her commitment to both scientific inquiry and educational excellence. This blend of scientific understanding and pedagogical skill equips her with a unique perspective in her current role, enabling her to effectively support a variety of projects at Fuse.
