Terra Lottermoser, B.SC.
Program Manager & Lead Graphic Recorder
Terra Lottermoser is a multi-passionate project manager with a specialization in collaboration and creativity. She ensures that all subject matter knowledge is communicated in a way that is both accessible and meaningful.
While Terra began her career as a field technologist, studying everything from beetles to fish, she soon found her love of policy and facilitation and moved on to communicating innovative information to various audiences in a way that leads to on-the-ground change. She has combined these experiences to lead exciting initiatives such as the Wetland Education Network and has led research that helped inform the current Alberta Wetland Policy.
Terra’s love of the arts grew alongside her science and policy career, and her enjoyment of visual thinking is now combined with her skills in science communication and graphic recording. This practice allows her to represent collaborative group information in a way that individuals can see patterns and explore ideas in a visual and impactful way. She was also able to combine her love of science and art in her first solo fine art exhibit in 2021 where she explored the theme of how humans cohabitate with wild animals in an urban context.
Terra has a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Calgary and a diploma in Forestry Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Before joining Fuse, Terra wore many hats, from Forestry technologist, Senior Policy Analyst, Sole Proprietor of Lilium Consulting and Coordinator of the Alberta North America Waterfowl Management Plan Partnership. Terra is pursuing ongoing training as a graphic recorder and facilitator.
